- 2025-08-15 — Final demand letter sent with a clear payment deadline.
- 2025-08-18 — Management replied: “waiting for accountants, pay run should be Monday.”
- September 2025 — Payment still not received.

- Induction form confirming bank details were correct.
- Emails sent on 30 July, 13 August, and the final demand on 15 August.
- Management reply acknowledging non-payment and pushing to “accountants”.
